I often either re-install my operating system, or get completely new hardware. The problem is that every time I do this, I have to email technical support to deactivate my old license, and then issue me a new license key.

A better way to deal with this would be to allow the uninstallation of Alibre Design automatically unregister the allocated license key, or to at least provide an application to do this so users don't have to contact support for this.
