Drawing Name same With Part Name
In SolidWorks or other CAD systems, when you open a drawing from a part/sheetmetal document, the name of the drawing is automatically created with the same name of the part. In Alibre, you need to enter a new name in order to save the drawing. It is better to have the same name with the part as in other CAD systems and then there is no need to enter a new name to the drawing.
Planned for Alibre Design 2013

sure you can, but with older versions, you could see the prt or asm or smp file name and click on it. Since 2011, you only see drw files and have to retype the name ... Would be nice to preset it to the part file's name.

You already can save it with the same name, just make sure you don't add the same suffix as the the part. Example: part1.ad_prt and part1.ad_dwg
Very simple. -

This is logical and should be easy to implement, and should streamline the process and the default name could always be changed if required.
