group parts into subassembly from assembly mode

You should be able to select a group of parts/subassemblies and promote that group to a subassembly. Eg you place a bolt and a washer. Then you want to reuse that, so you select them and create 'bolt with washer" which you can re-use. The new subassembly retains all of the constraints from the original that are between the selected parts, and the constraints between the parts and the rest of the original assembly apply to the new subassembly (which automatically replaces the original parts).
