        Adding a dimension during the Offset command is a MUST. Without a dimension added I may as well create a new sketch figure and dimension it without the Offset command. Offset is useless without an editable dimension and constraints added during the Offset creation.

        I would think this would be a rather common thought. Dimensioning is the most tedious part of my designs, and quite often I am creating parts that maintain the same offset on multiple sides. I wouldnt mind if the offset feature was a constraint to the dimension you enter. Though I would preferr to be able to edit the offset as well.

        It would be great if an offset line or arc maintained its offset distance automatically. Or at least add dimensions automatically, that could be edited if necessary.
