Redefine Command

When a surface, plane or reference is moved or deleted and the feature becomes italic there needs to be a way for users to redefine references for sketches the same way users can redefine constraints in assemblies.

        This is closely related to "Easy way to change the plane of a sketch in part mode" which currently has 444 votes so that is where I have put my votes.
